- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 10.30am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The prices are per person per day, half board included. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, but it is usually paid at the departure. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English and German. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, rooms are partially furnished in Venetian style and partially in modern syle. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Most of the rooms have their own terrace. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
No. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

In front of the hotel there is a free not guarded parking. - Where can we rent a car?
At the reception or at the airport in Naples it is possible to rent a car. - Which is the nearest village or town?
The hotel is located only 200 m away from the sea and the center of "Lacco Ameno". - Which is the nearest airport?
Naples "Capodichino" airport. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
On request and extra charge. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
Healt spa center, thermal pool and heated pool, beauty treatments and /or curses in the beauty center. - Are pets welcome?
