  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check In: from midday.
    Check Out: before 11.00 a.m.
    (but you can leave your luggage till your departure time)
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes, Continental breakfast is included in the price.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, heating is included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    You can settle the bill when you prefer.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, French, Spanish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The B&B is situated at the 4th floor and there is an elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, all rooms are very quiet and romantic.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Linens and towels are provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they have not a terrace.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Yes, all rooms have a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, on request.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All the rooms have TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, there is not a telephone.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, but all rooms are equipped with a fan; it's included in the price.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, on request you can enjoy a Neapolitan traditional dinner in our antique kitchen.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, on request if necessary.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, but you can reach the beach in 30 minutes.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    There is a garage, just 2 minutes walk. It doesn't belong to our property.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    At the airport or by the train station, but we recommend you to rent a car just before leaving Naples.
    It's very hard to drive in town!!!
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Capodichino at about 15 minutes cab ride.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Private pick up service on request.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    At about 2 minutes walk.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Napoli Centrale at about 5 minutes cab ride, or metro,15 minutes walk.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there isn't.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Sorry,no.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    On request you can enjoy a Neapolitan traditional dinner in our antique kitchen.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can connect your modem.
