I found the website easy to use and very
visually appealing.
The information was accurate and easy to find. The hotels responded to questions asked if you were unable to.

It is a bit confusing with the confirmation
process..first a confirmation of the reservation then a confirmaiton of the reservation.
It would be more helpful to be able to have the reservation made from the website and not have to wait. (but I understand why it is necessary)-just a bit confusing the first time using it.

WE were warmly greeted by the director and
taken to our room. WE felt very welcomed and
in a very professionally run hotel.
Is this Italy???!!!! (having come from Roma)
Everyday we got maps, specific driving directions and tips where to visit. They also provided excellent dinner recommendations.

We loved the room and the hotel. It is done in fine taste and one feels a sense of serenity in these surroundings.

I did not find the restaurant to be as stated-that was our only disappointment. WE had a very mediocre meal there.
I felt that $16 for two camparis/soda was a
high for an 'inn' type hotel.
The breakfast buffet was however very nicely presented and prepared.

'Dreamy!' A beautiful property with an enthusiastic staff. A countrylike serene feeling but very close to Perugia. Can't wait to return to see the lovely gardens in bloom.
Since we were one of the few guests there, we felt we had a villa to ourselves for a few days! It was really wonderful.

We were expecting a villa that stood alone in the countryside rather than a building that was at the back of an apartment complex. On the other side of the exterior wall by the pool - there were trash cans which were loud and odiferous when they were emptied by the trashmen.
Otherwise, our stay was fabulous! The room was gorgeous - very spacious and plush. We loved the robes, slippers and amenities.
I would clarify the directions. The area has so many little roads and if you take a wrong turn, it will take you a long time to arrive at your destination.
The staff was very helpful and provided many suggestions for dinner and cities to see during the day.

It was a beautiful hotel that has gorgeous rooms, beautiful antiques and a very helpful staff. When our electricity adaptor did not work, they provided one to us on loan. The grounds were very pretty and it was well situated for travelling around Umbria.
