• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 5pm until 8pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, an Italian breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors, without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The roms are very quiet and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, they have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a television with Italian channels in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is the air conditioning and it is seasonal.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  At the ground floor there is a dining room, where every morning breakfast is served.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, it is not available, but there are some public park places in the street.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the main railway station in Milan.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Milano Linate.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is at about 70 mt from the property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Milano Cadorna.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not a fitness centre.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not, but there are some restaurants close to the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
