• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until 6pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is always included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can pay on your arrival the total amount of the stay, any extras must be paid at check-out time.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The Reception Staff speaks English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Two floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Some rooms are located on the quite side of the Hotel, and it is better if your make a special request for a quiet room on your reservation. On the second floor there are some double rooms with a sky-light windows, not on the quiet side of the Hotel, that are very pretty.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only 6 rooms have a little balcony. One of these is a triple room, the other are double room.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Unfortunately we haven't any non-smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Every room disposes of satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  In each room there is a direct dial telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, without any extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  In the Tv-room there is an Internet Point at disposal for the hotel's guests.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a private parking and a garage on request.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Only 4 km far from the hotel there is a rent-a-car service. You can ask the Reception desk for detailed informations.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  During summer season there is a supermarket 300 mt far from the hotel: it is closed from November to April.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Only 2 km far from the hotel is the village of Lugana di Sirmione. Sirmione Centre is only 4.5 km far from the hotel, and Peschiera del Garda is 5 km far from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The Airport of Verona-Catullo is only 25 km far from the Hotel, and the Airport of Brescia-Montichiari is 30 km far from the Hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we don't have. There is the possibility to book a taxi on your reservation.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of the hotel: 20 mt far.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In Peschiera del Garda, only 4 km from the Hotel; or in Desenzano del Garda, 8 km far.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No there isn't.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are allowed without any extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There are a "à la carte" Italian Restaurant and a Pizzeria open for lunch and for dinner.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, it is not possible from the room: only from the TV-Room on the ground fooor.
