• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1.30pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The indicated price is per day and person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  In the price there is included a large continental breakfast with natural products from our farm as well as home made marmelades, cakes and sweets.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival or if you prefer, at the end of your stay.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The spoken languages at the reception are english, italian, german, ladino, french and spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is no elevator in the building as there is only one floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are quiet at night and there are also romantic rooms with baldachin bed to rent.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Most of the rooms are equipped with a balcony, but a small number are without.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?

• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms ar non smoking as the new italian law forbidds to smoke in public areas.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have a satellite tv with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There are telephones in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We are sorry, but the rooms don't have air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have a public internet access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is no swimming pool at the property but our guests have unlimited free access to the swimming pool of Ortisei.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a free garage at the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is an AVIS car rental 5 km from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is the Bolzano airport at 30 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On charge we can organise a transfer from / and to all the major airports.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stup is right by the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Chiusa 15 km away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Sorry, there is no fitness center in the property, but there is one just 1 km away.
• Are pets welcome?
  We are sorry, but we don't accept pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a restaurant in the property where we serve breakfast and dinner.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  We are planning for this year a wireless connection in the whole property.
