THE NIGHT OF MY STAY A PRIVATE PARTY HAD BOOKED INTO A BAR ON THE GROUND FLOOR. tHE MUSIC WAS SO LOUD IT WAS DIFFICULT TO SLEEP. I TRIED TO RING RECEPTION 5 TIMES BETWEEN 00.10 AND 00.30 BUT THERE WAS NO ANSWER TO THE PHONE, WHICH IS A FIRST FOR ME IN ANY HOTEL.

The receptionists were not all polite and helpful ! In the evenig we were in a musical and our travel agency had left the cards and maps at the recetion. At first nobody did know from this and nobody was so kind to search and help. Just as I spoke to the chef of the reception the cards were found !
