• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 1pm.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Five floors with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are very quite and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?

• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  No, but we have a Gymnasium and Fitness Facility.

  The hotel can organise the car rental upon request at the concierge.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Malpensa and Linate airport (15 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, Airport Transportation (Limited) and Limousine Service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just in the front of the Hotel. The Metro station is Porta Venezia on the Yellow line and the Tram is number 9.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Milano Centrale the main station of Milan (10 min walk and one metro stop).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, Gymnasium and Fitness Facility.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, Diana Garden Bar and Lounge or our Restaurant "Il Milanese Curioso ".
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
