The receptionist was polite but there was a major mix up as to the additional costs in respect of payment for the use of the pool and beach. The person had no english but eventually accepted that opur reservation included the use of the pool and beach facilities. it was not a very pleasant way to start a week long stay in the Hotel. ... The Hotel was one of the cleanest Hotels i have ever staied in. The facilities at the hotel were very good but the very limited english(one staff-member only) was a major drawback and prevented us from participating in nightly entertainmentarranged by the Hotel. ... None ... It should be stated on the website, for English speaking guests at least, that there is practically no english speaking person not only in the Hotel but in the town. ... Extremely good Hotel, very clean, polite staff but the lack of non-italian speaking personnel a major disadvantage.
