By plane: For those coming from Naples Airport, there are convenient shuttles reaching Sorrento in about an hour. From Sorrento take the SITA bus to Pastena, the journey takes around 50 minutes.
By train: Once at the railway station of Naples (Napoli Centrale) you can take the local train service called "Circumvesuviana" (located downstrairs of the railway station). Trains from Naples run approximately every half hour until 10 pm, Sorrento is the last stop on the Circumvesuviana line and in about an hour will bring you to Sorrento and then from Sorrento take the SITA bus to Pastena, the journey takes around 50 minutes.
By hydrofoil: Another way to reach Sorrento from Naples is with a convenient hydrofoil which, in thirty minutes, reaches the Sorrento harbour where a shuttle will bring you to the bus station and there you can take the SITA bus to Pastena, the journey takes around 50 minutes.
By car: Once you reach the Naples toll (not before), follow the signs towards the Naples-Sorrento road and exit at Castellammare (right after the Pompeii exit), then drive along the highway up to Meta di Sorrento (follow the signs leading the Sorrento peninsula). Once in Meta di Sorrento, drive towards Positano and then you will see signs for Sant'Agata sui due Golfi, follow these signs and in Sant'Agata sui due Golfi follow the signs towards Pestana. |
