• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.

• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Ground-first and second floor-reacheable with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Every room is quiet and romantic; maybe those in the mansard are more romantic than the others.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only one suite and one superior room have a small terrace.In the main Villa 1 Suite and 1 Junior Suite on the Ground floor.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  We are surrounded by vineyards.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, private taxy.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  1 KM.

  In Verona, approximately 7 km from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Sauna, Gym, possibility of massages.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small size only.
