 The building that houses the "Dellearti Design Hotel" preserves its original relationship with the adjacent buildings, and its highly innovative and technological character is discovered only when you step inside. Behind its external facade, which retains the style of the pre-existing building, the "Dellearti Design Hotel" seeks to achieve high-level architectural quality through its layout and its strong technological connotation, connected with innovative systems and materials. |
 The access from the street, through the three portals that distinguish the facade, leads (through the lobby, set back from and screened from the street), to the double-height hall which, apart from its reception functions, provides space for a small bar. The characteristic and special feature of the hall is its artistic installation, arranged as a perspective background on the opening axis of the lobby area, completed by a special screen made of micro-perforated sheet metal treated with gold/silver leaf and back-lit in a highly theatrical manner. |
 The "light" appearance that characterises the whole hotel finds expression in the design of the structures and in the choice of finishing materials of the communal areas and the rooms. The glass doors opening on to the internal courtyard are made of burnished brass and high-quality glass, the finishing materials in the communal areas are in selected, quality materials such as natural stone, wood linings and wall plasterwork with slaked lime and gold leaf coverings, so as to give each room the required representative character. |
