• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  It is the daily rate per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, but we accept payment at the departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors (including ground floor) and we have an elevator (lift).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes. They overlook the Ancajani Garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of the rooms have balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of the rooms have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Not at the moment.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. Colour Tv. Satellite Tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes. No extra charge. It is from May/June to September/October.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes. The hotel has its own car parking and it is free.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can ask at the reception. We can reach AVIS, HERTZ, EUROPECAR, MAGGIORE.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  In Montefalco, at about 20 km far from Spoleto.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Todi, Orvieto, Assisi, Spello, Perugia.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  "St. Egidio" regional airport in Perugia is far about 50 km while "Leonardo da Vinci" Fiumicino international airport in Rome is distant about 150 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request.

• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The railway station of Spoleto is at about 2 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
