The receptionist that checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. ... Our suite (room 66) was absolutely beautiful, and the view from the balcony is one of the best we've ever had. We were over the breakfast room, so had early morning noise if we left our windows open. ... The one negative is the breakfast. It was the worst coffee that we had anywhere in Italy and the breakfast buffet was adequate at best. ... A beautiful place to stay if you are in the old castle with full sea view. I only saw one other room in the hotel, so I would only be comfortable reccomending the room we stayed in (66). Our friends stayed in a suite in the annex building for the same price. It was much smaller with a very limited view.
