• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price. Breakfast consists of coffee, cappuccino, milk, croissant, toast, marmelade, nutella, orange and pineapple juice.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, english, french and spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors. We haven't an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are very quiet and some of them have a very romantic atmosphere.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Of cours, we are provided of lines and towels for each guest.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they don't.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, they do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, they do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there are.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there are.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there are.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there isn't.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, it isn't.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We have a car rental near our hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The airport Fontanarossa in Catania.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have a shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is near the central station of Catania.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there isn't.

  No, they aren't.

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can't.
