- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 10.30am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is for all the Villa. The price is the same if guests are between 2 and 6, and a little higher if there are between 6 and 8 guests. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No, because it's self catering. - Is heating included in the price?
Usually there's no need of heating, even in winter time. In any case there's a fire place, and some heater, and they are included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
All payments have to be done before the arrival. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Only Italian. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There is only ground floor, and a room lower of 5 steps. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
The Villa is in a very quiet and calm atmosphere, and all the rooms have overview on the sea. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
The Villa provides everything, with a change every week. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
There are 2 terraces: one on the front of the Villa, and another bigger with view on the sea (200m2). - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
There's a little private balcony in the room dependance, with view on the sea. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
We don't have regulation about smoking areas: usually guests smokes outside of the house, on the terraces, or in the garden. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
There is no television. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
There is no telephone in the Villa. But at 400m there's a restaurant, where you can find a public telephone. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
There is no air conditionning. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Of course: there's a dining room and also the terraces where you can have your dinners. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
There's no internet connection. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
We don't have a swimming pool, because the sea is very close. - Is parking or garage available?
There's a car park in the Villa. - Where can we rent a car?
We can help you to rent a car in Pantelleria, at 6 km from the Villa. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
All the shops and grocery stores you will need of are in Pantelleria. - Which is the nearest village or town?
Pantelleria, at 6 km. - Which is the nearest airport?
Pantelleria, at 10 km from the Villa. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
We provide a personal pick up service from the airport, and it's included in the price. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Buses are very rare on the island, we suggest to our guests to rent a car or a scooter, like the majority of tourists do. - Which is the nearest railway station?
There are no trains on the island, but you can use boats and even rent them. - How far away is the beach?
The sea is just in fron of the Villa, at 300 m. There are no beaches in Pantelleria, because it's a volcanic island, but there are flat rocks. - Is the beach private or public?
All the places on the island are free. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No. - Are pets welcome?
Yes. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, but there's a restaurant pizzeria a 400 mt. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No, we don't have internet connection.
