• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 11.30pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All prices are per day per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included. There is a rich buffet with cold drinks, bisquits, croissants, fresh bread, butter, marmalade, yoghurts, cakes, toast, fruit, delicatessen products. We serve also caffè espresso, american coffe, cappuccino, tea, milk.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The property is on 4 floors served by 2 lifts.

• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning and it is included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do. We have Wi-Fi free area.

  Yes, there is and it is open from June to September.

  The hotel can provide to rent a car for the guests.

  The nearest villages are: San Salvo Marina (1 Km away) and Vasto Marina Center (4 Km away).

  The nearest airport is Airport of Abruzzo in Pescara, 50 minutes away by car.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest public bus-stop is in front of the hotel.

  The nearest railway station is Vasto/San Salvo.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is 150 meters away.
• Is the beach private or public?
  The beach is private.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is: Dakar Living Centre, a Beauty Farm with Fitness Area, Sauna, Turkish Bath, Massage , Thermal and Aesthetical Cabines, Natural Solarium, a Relaxing Zone and a Terrace with a splendid sea view. It is a true oasis of wellness.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only in some rooms.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is and it is open from June to September.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can but in analogic way. We have a Wi-Fi area free at reception.
