Since their restaurant was closed on Monday, Nino had dinner reservations for us the day we arrived. He offered us an upgrade to a room that had the most spectacular view.

The views from Monforte d'Alba are amazing and the little town is romantic. On top of all that you are in the heart of Italy's greatest wine destination.

The website did not do this place justice. We felt like we were part of their extended family. The staff and owners went out of their way to accomodate us, recommend surrounding day trips, and the restaurant was a true dining experience.
