It was perfectly lovely to arrive at San Crispino. The setting was so beautiful, we were greeted very well and taken to the most beautiful apartment. We enjoyed our stay completely - unforgettable. ... It may have been nice to have a special breakfast, but we enjoyed breakfast in the piazza. ... I'm so pleased we chose the Madre Terra apartment - the stunning views and sunlight made a lot of difference. A glance into another room showed it to be much darker, which may disappoint some people.
Maybe mention breakfast included to prepare within the room. ... I was very attracted to San Crispino by the website - the reference to the individuality of the different apartments, named after the canticles. The whole place had a magical and peaceful feel - the windows thrown open to the umbrian countryside and the garden below, the tasteful tranquillity and coolness of the ....all enchantingly beautiful and inspiring.

The limited use that can be made of the 'kitchen corner'. ... Charming, peaceful, romantic, superb location, stunning views, helpful staff. I don,t think we would ever tire of the views.

There was no AC or balcony/terrace as advertized in the room we had booked. BUT after our complaint we were offered an upgrade immediately. We were then moved to the suite for the same price and had a wonderful time! Personnel was very helpful and friendly. ... It sounded more like a spacious courtyard in your description and the rooms looked much brighter and airier on the photos. ... It would not have been good value for the money had we had to stay at the initital room. But with the upgrade it was more than perfect. ... Negative: AC not installed! Apt. 'Brother Fire' has no balcony nor view. No parking.
Positive: only steps to center, next to the church St. Chiara, Best ice-cream at piazza St. Chiara!
And: Italian breakfast includes ONLY a cup of coffee, a dry wrapped croissant and jam ... ... Secluded but central, quiet, tranquil, nice garden with a perfect view. Recommendable but expensive (full price for suite).

Wonderful, like everything else about our stay! ... Everyone was so helpful and kind, and the rooms are fantastic. I could live there. ... Great. ... I don't think there was anything about the spa? My sister went and had a great experience. ... The perfect combination: Beautiful, historic building, charming rooms with ingenious kitchenettes, and an unbeatably friendly and professional staff. Not too expensive, and definitely worth every cent. Look no further.

We enjoyed central positionining in Assisi at San Crispino Residence with good access to all Sacred sites and the evening meals on the terrace of Sister Moon and Stars appartment , overlooking the Assisi valley, were awesome. ... A truly hospititable and magical addition to our awesome Assisi experience.

If you have luggage, I recommend that you take them up on their offer to drive into town to drop your bags at the door, rather then carry them up from the parking lot. ... Our stay at San Crispino Residence greatly exceeded our expectation. The view from our balcony was fantastic, the facility was outstanding and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful in suggesting a fine restaurant for dinner. I highly recommend this location.

San Crispino Residence was our favorite place we stayed while it Italy. It was peaceful, roomy and unique. Isabella (the hostess) was the best! She was very helpful and delightful. We can't wait to go back!!!! We give it 5 stars!
... I can't remember if your website mentioned that it's in a great location to the squares in Asissi. ... Our room was very nice. After staying in cramped hotels throughout Italy, it was nice to have separate living area and sleeping area. (We stayed in the sister moon). We had our own espresso maker and a small kitchenette. We had our own private courtyard that looked out over Asissi. Our hostess was so nice and informative. Well worth the $$! We can't wait to go back!

You should include San Crispino's association with the Spa - we were able to get much needed massages in our room. ... Very charming, great views, friendly service.
