- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from midday until 6pm, Check Out before 10am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per apartment. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Something for a light breakfast is included in the kitchenette for short stays. - Is heating included in the price?
Heating is included in the daily rate and in the weekly rate. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
You can settle your bill either on arrival or on departure. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Italian, English, German and French. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 2 floors (ground floor and first floor). No lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All our suites are very quiet, private and romantic. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Linens and towels are included. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Our apartments have either a terrace, a garden or a panoramic view except the Brother Fire apartment. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
2 of them have a balcony, 2 of them a garden with patio, 2 of them a great view from the windows. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
No. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
There is a satellite TV and a telephone in each apartment. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
You have to dial 0 and then the number. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Only the Penthouse Suite has air-conditioning. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
In the penthouse there is a large living-room which can be used by the guests of that apartment and their friends. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we can let our guests use the internet to check- the mail at the reception. This service is free of charge. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there isn't. - Is parking or garage available?
There is a parking 100 metres far away which has special rates for our guests. - Where can we rent a car?
In S. Maria degli Angeli (2 miles far away) there is a rental car or at the airport in Perugia (8 miles far away). - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Yes. - Are there vineyards nearby?
Yes. - Which is the nearest village or town?
We are in the heart of Assisi. - Which is the nearest airport?
Perugia's airport is 8 miles far away. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Porta Nuova, 500 metres far away. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Assisi, 2 miles. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
Our beauty centre is 3 miles by our free shuttle service. Massage available in your apartment. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, in some of our units. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
You can use the plug of the telephone to connect from your room.
