• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You may leave a deposit but the bill can only be closed upon departure from the hotel.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception are spoken Italian, English, Greek and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has two floors and three lifts for public use.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet with countryside views.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We have a small terrace at the bar.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Most rooms have a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have smoking and no smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, CNN is one of the many programmes available.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Direct dialing is available in all rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is indeed Air conditioning in the rooms free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but we have Internet connection at competitive rates.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is an outside swimming pool free of charge to all guests, opening times vary.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, open garage free of charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Linate airport guests can rent a car.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  No, there are not.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Peschiera Borromeo is the nearest village.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Linate airport is just 3.5 Kilometers away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we can provide this service from 07:00 a.m to 12:00 p.m.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is Linate Airport.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is "Segrate" which has a direct service to Malpensa airport.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, unfortunately we have not this service.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, we do not accept pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes the restaurant is open for lunch from 12:30 a.m until 2:30 p.m and for dinner from 7:30 until 10:30 p.m.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes at a small extra cost.
