• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All our prices are per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our delicious buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Room service for breakfast is available.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill can certainly be settled upon arrival on a room basis. All incidentals will be settled upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our international Hotel Staff, besides Italian, speaks English, French, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our Hotel has three floors and there are not lift because Corte Altavilla is a medieval building.
  
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are very quiet because Corte Altavilla is in the heart of the historic centre and there isn't traffic around. The building is very romantic and fascinating.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms have a terrace.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are no-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms have TV. We have 4 satellite TV channels in all rooms.
  
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms have a telephone with direct dialling.
  
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms have seasonal climate control and there is no extra charge for that.
  
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is an internet point in the reception where our guest can have internet connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is not a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There are an open parking and a garage available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Car rental is quite far from our hotel. It's better to rent a car in the airport or at the railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is far Km 40. It is the Bari airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Private transfers can be arranged at extra cost from the Reception Desk.
  
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is far about 2 minutes by walking from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest rail station is far 2 minutes by walking from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We don't have any fitness centre in our hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small dogs are welcome in the Hotel rooms, but not in the the breakfast room.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a restaurant in the property and all around there are many more restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Notebook computers with regular modems can also be used from all the rooms, simply connecting the modem with the telephone line.
