Directions online to hotel were only specific to say what metro stop to take, not where the street was. Since there are several metro exits at that particular stop, the directions should be explicit.

Staff preferred payment with credit card, but we were unable to pay in cash which wasn't a problem but desired payment in cash was not discussed ahead of time.

Very nice location right near metro, comfortable rooms, extremely helpful staff.

The staff gave me on my birthday the 21st of may a small champain breakfast. Very thoughtfull.

The hotel is suberb, good situated, like underground, restaurants and shops are all in the neighbourhood.Friendly and helpful personel. Clean rooms.

Excellent facility, helpful staff, and very convenient location to Metro and a short ride to city core.
Well worth the stay, and good value.
