• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 1:00pm until 6:00 pm. Late check in is possible if specified on the reservation.
  Check-out: before 11.00 am. Late check out can be arranged on request upon your arrival.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included and is a Continental breakfast on Buffet.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can pay on your arrival the total amount of the stay, any extras must be paid at check-out time.
  
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The Reception Staff speaks English, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes some rooms are located on the quite side of the Hotel, and it is better if your make a special request for a quiet room on your reservation.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there are no terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Unfortunately we do not have any non-smoking rooms.
  
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Every room has a satellite TV.
  
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  In each room there is a direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, without any extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is an Internet Point at the disposal of our guests.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a private parking and, on request, garage place.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Only 200m far from the hotel there is a rent-a-car service. You can ask the Reception desk for detailed information.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Malpensa 40 km and Linate 5 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have. But there is the possibility to book a taxi on your reservation.
  
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  20 meters away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Central railway 400 mt far.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are allowed without extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
