Because of late night arrival we had to contact the reception in hotel Terraiane! Then we were guided to wrong appartment, we had to change next day to the agreed appartment!

Cleaning of the appartment were done only once in the periode.

Good service; we were able to stay one extra night in the appartment, plane sceduled the 16th.

TV have only Italian channels (dubbed.) International tourist wants english language on TV!!!

I wrote that we were arriving at 2 pm. a there was nobody to give us the key of the appartament and we had to wait until 4 pm, with all our bags in the street. when I asked for an explanation I was said that she couldnt send us a mail to advice us.

very central for shopping and entertainment
not near enough to train station to walk with luggage but 5mins in taxi
not suitable for children as no lift but 10mins walk from excellent playground
stairwell very grubby
wireless didn't work
accomodation clean and spacious

Superficial clean, has it's flaws in the detail.

It's ok. If you don't expect nothing it is alright. If you search for something more italian, than go for another apartement.
