• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In: Saturday from midday.
  Check Out: Saturday before 10:00 a.m.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included in the price, but you can request it.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is not included in the price. There is a extra charge of: Eur 8 per day for small apartments and Eur 15 per day for big apartments.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French and little German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors: ground floor and first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, the apartments have colour TV but there aren't international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  The biggest apartment has a big dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Terni (30 km).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes (3 km away).
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is "Otricoli" 3 km away. "Terni" is at 30 km from the property.
  
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Ciampino in Rome; it is at 85 km from our Farmhouse.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but there is the railway station 9 km away with trains to the airport every hour.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in Otricoli, 2 km away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Cinta Castellana, 9 km away from the property.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small size pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No. But there are some restaurants in the surroundings.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
