Anna Maria, at the front desk was very pleasant and very helpful, always had a smile on her face. The maitre d in the restaurant was very., very nice and all of the waiters very acccomodating. The ladies who cleaned the room were very pleasant, always greeting us with a smiling 'Boun giorno' The view from our room was spectacular- looking directly out on the Bay of Naples.

The hotel is quite beautiful with many terracces overlooking the sea- What a pleasant place to have a glass of wine or a Prosecco and watch the sunset! The hotel is spotless and the marble stairs and floors are like being in a museum

We had accomodations with a large terrace directly facing the sea. After a long day of exploring Sorrento, we came back to snack on some salami,cheese and bread that we picked up in town. We toasted each other with a glass of wine and watched the sun slide slowly below the horizon.

Decent room except for ants in the bathroon. Also, was an end room and sleep was often disrupted by motor bikes and people talking outside in the park area adjacent to the hotel.

Walk to town where all of the shop and restaurants are is about 20 minutes - be prepared to walk or take a taxi as the bus is not reliable.

Unfortunately the air conditiononing and the t.v. were not working. Moreover there were a lot of ants in the bathroom (but not in the room). The room was large, clean and comfortable.
