  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check In from 11am, Check Out before 11am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Yes, it is included and it is a hot continental buffet breakfast, served in our panoramic restaurant or in your room.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can pay on arrival and the extras will be settled on departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, German and French.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The hotel has 7 floors, five floors for the rooms and one for the panoramic restaurant and one for hall and bar. There is a lift for the rooms and the restaurant.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    The rooms are all soundproofed. The ambience is very classic and elegant. Lots of honeymooners choose the Parker's room for their first night.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Most of our rooms have a terrace or a balcony, overlooking the sea.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Most of the rooms have a balcony or a terrace, where clients can relax.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, they are available.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All rooms are with tv and international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    All rooms have a telephone.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All rooms and public areas have air conditioning, at no extra charge.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes we have got an internet point.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    There is not a swimming pool, but the hotel has the direct access to a private beach.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    A private garage is available for our guests (to be booked at reservation time).
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Directly at the reception.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes, there are some supermarkets at only 800 metres from the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    Sant'Agnello and Sorrento.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Napoli Capodichino is the nearest international airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Private transfers are available on request at an extra charge both from Rome and Naples airports or railway stations.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest bus stop is just in front of the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest railway station is Sant'Agnello, only 700 metres from the hotel.
  • How far away is the beach?
    Only twenty metres from the hotel.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    Both of them.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, it is not available.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, they are welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    The restaurant is on the second floor.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No, it is not possible at the moment.
