• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per person per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes in all the arrengement.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  It is not usual but possible, we will print the definitive bill at the departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors. Yes 2 lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are very lovely.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, most of them have balcony or terrace (Junior Suites).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes: it's included in the rooms' price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, the Hotel is by the sea, there is a private Beach and a nice Garden.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, one safe parking and two private garage always guarded.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Santa Margherita Ligure at 300 mt from the hotel.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, all shops are in Santa Margherita Ligure centre.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Santa margherita ligure.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  35 km (the international airport "Cristoforo Colombo" of Genova).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No we can arrange taxi.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  20 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  150 metres from the hotel.
• How far away is the beach?
  Next to hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  The beach is private. We offer also beach bed with an extra charge.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are welcome, but are not allowed in the restaurant and on the beach.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes 2 restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
