We did not receive directions,but the local taxi got us there without any problems. Everything was just wonderful.

Pool not available for use

We travelled throughout Europe for four weeks prior, and comparing to the many places, the Villa Condulmer is over priced. The comparable value should be 250E at most for our two rooms. We stayed in three and four star hotels along our journey, and found many more services available, such as massage therapists available, indoor pools, hot tubs, and dry and wet saunas. We did not pay more than 225E for these other great stays with more to offer to us. The grounds at Villa Condulmer were equivalent to others that we stayed, not better.

Elegant country house, frequented by locals. Nearby town Mogliano Veneto had nice shops and services. Easy access for trips throughout the Veneto region.

We wished there was a place to get coffee since we were too late for the breakfast. perhaps a buffet with coffee, fruit and brioche open passed 10 a.m.

a nice romatic hote, but do not eat in the restaurant!! too expensive for the quality of the food.

Overall an excellent experience. We wouldn't qualify it as a 5 star however.
