Profile

A broad avenue leads to the villa, which is flanked by two splendid barchesse. Our guests are greeted by the simple, yet refined architecture of the facade comprising the coat of arms of the noble Venetian family. The interiors are spacious and refined. The 16th Century elegance is reflected in the stuccos and Venetian terrazzo floors that blend with the particular attention given to comfort.

The Villa was commissioned by the nobleman Marco Condulmer in 1743, and the walls of its magnificent lobby,
the heart of the Villa, boast four large frescoes, one of which bears the signature of Eugenio Moretti Larese.

Among Villa Condulmer’s illustrious guests, special mention is given to the composer G. Verdi, who stayed here in 1853 for the opening of his La Traviata at Venice’s Gran Teatro “La Fenice”; and Ronald Reagan, who chose to stay here in 1987 during the G8 summit held in the city of the Doges.
