• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm.

  Full buffet breakfast is included in the hotel rates.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The payment of the bill is requested upon departure.

  English, French, German, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Only two floors, no elevator as the hotel is an ancient villa.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, quiet and romantic rooms are available.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only some rooms have courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  TV, Pay TV and free international channels are available in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are equipped with direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms and common areas are air conditioned. No extra charge for air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  An open air swimming pool is available from June to September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Free parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Information on car rental ara available at the reception desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?

  The nearest airport is Marco Polo Venice Airport, about 15 minutes by taxi from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?

  The nearest railway station is Mogliano Veneto, 5 minutes by taxi, far from the hotel.
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?

  A very good restaurant with regional cuisine is at clients' disposal in the hotel.

  Internet connection is available in all rooms.
