• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until 11.30pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is included in the price. It is a full Continental breakfast and it is served from 6.45 am to 9.30 am.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 7 floors and an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, especially the rooms with sea view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, most of our rooms do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is seasonal (from June to October) and there is no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there are 2 swimming pools, the first for adults and the second one for children. They are open from the beginning of May to the end of October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, garage is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the front desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are many grocery stores in the surroundings.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Sorrento.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Naples Capodichino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is 50 metres far from the exit of the hotel in Via degli Aranci.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Sorrento for the Circumvesuviana line.
• How far away is the beach?
  15 min. walking distance.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only small pets and on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a restaurant open for dinner and an American Bar open from midday to 3 pm.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can with your own laptop.
