• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is the daily price per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast buffet is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, it is possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  5 floors, lift in the hotel between the floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Superior rooms with terraces with sea view of differnet sizes. Junior room with balconies or large windows with sea view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The Junior rooms with balcony or a large window with sea view.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Smoking not allowed in the rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Tv SAT included in the Superior and the Junior rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Telephones in every room, you can call between the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  A/C included in the price and available in every Superior room. On request and on payment in the Junior rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The hotel has special arrangements with a private parking lot.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can organize from the hotel. Nearest car rental in Sorrento.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The nearest grocery store is about 150 m away.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  No.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Sorrento 15 km. Amalfi 18 km. Naples 60km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  50 km, from Capodichino Airport of Naples.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes,we can organize a transfer from Naples airport or train station, rate euro 95 per way.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just below the stairs from the hotel is teh bus stop for the local bus that goes inside the town.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Sorrento (14km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
