  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 6pm, Check Out before 10am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per apartment.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No, breakfast is not included.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, it is.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    No, you can not.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    There is no reception at the apartments, but at the travel agency they speak French, German and English.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 3 floors in the building, on the 1st and 2nd floor there are 3 apartments. On the ground floor 2 apartments. There is not a lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All apartments are quiet and private.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Linens and towels are included in each apartment.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Some apartments have a terrace, some have only windows.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Some apartments have a balcony, some have windows.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    No, we do not.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, there is a Tv in each apartments, but not international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    There is a telephone in each apartments, but only connected with our travel agency and not direct external line.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, included in the price.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    There is a living room in each apartment.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we do not, but there are many internet point in the town.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    It is possible to use the swimming pool of Hotel Central or Hotel Cristina.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    There is a paying parking at about 800 meters.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    At about 500 meters from the apartment.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes, there are grocery stores in the surroundings (about 800 meters).
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    The apartments are located 200 m from the historical centre of Sorrento.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The airport is at 50 km.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not, but we can provide to book a trasfer for the clients that ask for it.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The bus that go around the town has a stop at about 200 m from tha apartments.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    There is one at 500 m from the apartments.
  • How far away is the beach?
    The beach is 200 m far from the apartments.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    The beach is private.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    There is a fitness centre at the Hotel Central.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, they are not.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not, but the are good restaurants both in the historical centre of the town and down to the fishing village in Marina Grande.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No, you can not.
