• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 10.30pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room/apartment not per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included and it's international with a buffet of homemade products.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating and air conditioning are included in the room price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Usually the payment is arranged at departure but there is not problem on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Many rooms are on 2nd floors and some on the 3rd, there is not an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  In the simple elegance of an old Venetian farm, you'll find rooms offering every comfort and service.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of them do have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms and apartments are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There's a television with sat system.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms has a telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Heating and air conditioning are included in the room price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There are many public spaces.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  All the rooms have a wifi connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is a bio-swimming pool (open between May and September).
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a large and free parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You may rent a car in Montebelluna (3 km away).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The nearest grocery is 500 m far from Col delle Rane. There're many restaurants and tipical inns close our Farmhouse. During the week-end (Fri-Sun) works a restaurant just 50 m away the other days we can suggest you many in Caerano di San Marco (1 km) or other close towns.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  We produce wine and there're many farm and vineyards in the surroundings.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Caerano di San Marco (1,5 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Treviso (20 km)
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No but we can manage a taxi service
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Caerano is the nearest (0,5 km).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Montebelluna is the closest (4 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, at the moment just a bio-swimming pool.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  The nearest grocery is 500 m far from Col delle Rane. There're many restaurants and tipical inns close our Farmhouse. During the week-end (Fri-Sun) works a restaurant just 50 m away the other days we can suggest you many in Caerano di San Marco (1 km) or other close towns.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  All the rooms have a wi-fi connection.
