Parking is included in the price. Garage is not included in the price and costs EUR 6,00 per day. The shuttle service to the Genoa and Pisa airports is not included. Price upon request. Free access to a nearby private beach for minimum stay of 4 days (the offer is not valid in August). Use of bikes is included in the price. Wireless internet access is included in the price. Guests can use the telephone for free or at a low-cost fee.

| Cancellation Policy | |
Cancellation from 29 days to 15 days before check in: we charge 40% of the entire amount. Cancellation from 14 days to 7 days before check in: we charge 60% of the entire amount. Cancellation from 6 days to 1 day before check in: we charge 80% of the entire amount. No show: we charge 100% of the amount. All the guests who arrive with postponed check in or anticipate their check out have to pay for the entire booked period (without the price of breakfast).
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 720 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
