THE STAFF ESPECIALLY ANTONIO WAS WELCOMING. GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR

I WAS NOT HAPPY INITIALLY WITH MY ROOM WHEN I MADE THIS KNOWN TO THE STAFF,I WAS ALLOCATED ANOTHER ROOM IMMEDIATELY, WITHOUT ANY ARGUMENT - VERY IMPERESSED AS I THOUGHT THAT THEY WILL KICK A FUSS.

BLISS!! I WAS ALLOWED TO LEAVE MY LUGGAGE DOWNSTAIRS. THE STAFF ASSURED ME THAT THEY WILL KEEP AN EYE ON IT. I WAS ALSO ALLOWED TO SIT IN THE HOTEL LOUNGE WHILE WAITING FOR MY TAXI.

NOTHING NEGATIVE COMES TO MIND THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS IMPRESSSIVE, GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY.

I WENT WITH A FRIEND AND WE HAVE ALREADY ADVERTISE HOTEL CLAREN TO EVERY TOM, DICK AND HARRY!!

It is convenient location, the room is clearn and new, and the staff are polite and friendly. This hotel is really value for money.

One of the rooms was not spacious at all, very clean yes, but not much space!
...
Breakfast was poor, they did not offer much choice, like proper bread, or toast, not fresh fruit, in general they did not offer much choice of anything at breakfast.
...
The place was ok, clean, people friendly and very helpful but breakfast very poor.

We were rather surprised at the need for us to leave our passports at reception given that we are EU residents from the UK and did not require any visas for travel
