- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?

In the building there are 2 floors and there is no elevator but marble staircase. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
The rooms are really quiet and romantic. From the windows you can have a look at the Umbrian landscape from Assisi to Spoleto. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
The Hotel rooms are provided with linen and towels. Apartments have just linen. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Apartments and bungalows have a terrace. Not all hotel rooms have a terrace. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?

We have some smoking rooms/apartments. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?

All rooms have a telephone with direct dialling. Not all apartments have a telephone. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
There is no air conditioning in the rooms/apartments/bungalows. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
There is a restaurant but not a dining room except for some apartments in which there are large and spacious dining rooms. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
There is Internet/E-mail point at the property. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
There is swimming-pool opened from June to September. - Is parking or garage available?
A parking area is available at the property. - Where can we rent a car?
You can rent a car in Foligno at about 12 km far from the property. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
At about 3 km there are grocery stores and supermarkets. - Are there vineyards nearby?
Vineyards are located nearby the property. Our company produces wines. - Which is the nearest village or town?
Gualdo Cattaneo. - Which is the nearest airport?
Roma Fiumicino or Ciampino (by train from Rome to Foligno railway station you take about 1 hour). Perugia but there are not so many flights to Perugia from Milan. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
We do not have a pickup service. It is possible on request. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Bevagna is the nearest bus stop. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway station is Foligno - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
A fitness centre is in Foligno. - Are pets welcome?
Pets are welcome in the apartments/bungalows (extra charge) but not in the rooms and the restaurant. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
At the property there is a restaurant (opened for the guests only, not public restaurant). - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
