La Chiusa delle More can be found on Strada Statale 89, between Rodi and Peschici: the latter is the closest village, placed 1,5 kilometres far. The sea is 500 metres away, therefore you will be easy to reach the many beaches along the shore of the Apulia region. |

By plane: Aeroporto di Palese in Bari is placed around 233 kilometres from the property (approx. 2 hours 30 minutes minutes by car), while the one in Pescara is located around195 kms from the Chiusa, approx. 2 hours 25 minutes driving. Connections from Milan, Paris, Rome, London and Ibiza arrive at any of these terminals on a regular basis.
By car: If your plane lands in Bari, go along Viale Enzo Ferrari, Via Gabriele d`Annunzio and turn left in road SS16AA: take the exit for "Molfetta/Terlizzi", and veer left in SP112. Turn right in A14/E55 towards Pescara/A16/Napoli and get off at the exit for Poggio Imperiale and Lesina.You will reach a roundabout where you must continue along the second exit, SS693 towards "VIESTE/ PESCHICI/ RODI GARGANICO". Turn left in SP144 and go along Via delle Uglivi. Go towards your right along SS89 and you will reach the property on your right hand side.
From Pescara airport, go along road SS16 towards "FOGGIA/ ANCONA/ ASSE/ ATTREZZATO/ A14/ A25/ AUTOSTRADE". At Viadotto Vallelunga 1º, continue straight on; at Francavilla al Mare, go along Contrada Villanese; pass Galleria San Salvestro and at the roundabout, go along the second exit, SP23. Turn right in A14/E55 and follow the indications.
By train: There are several railway stations close to the inn: Rodi Garganico, placed 7 kms away, and also Pescheci-Calenella. If you arrive in Bari airport, take the Autobus Tempesta that reaches the central railway station in Bari - Stazione Centrale FS Piazza A. Moro- in 25 to 30 minutes. Then get on a train to Rodi (this is a 3 hour 50 minutes journey).
In the same way, at Pescara terminal you will find buses reaching the centre of the city in a few minutes, as the airport is really close to the city: these services come to the main railway station. From here you can take a train to Rodi (3 hours 35 minutes). Buses stop only 150 metres from the inn. |
