In the Apulia region, in south-east Italy, the Gargano National Park is one of the nicest green areas. There are several towns scattered in this "parco", as well as the Tremiti islands. You can visit Mattinata, Vieste, Vico Garganico, but the closest to the property is Peschisi, placed only 1,5 kms far. |
The bed & breakfast is a really delicate site set between the sea - the beach is only 500 metres from the inn - and the olive groves. Franceso and Antonella Martucci turned a farmhouse from the beginning of the 16th century into a lodging, creating 10 chambers of charming decoration into retreats of quietness and relax. There is also a swimming pool at the property, and a wonderful veranda from where you will obtain breathtaking views of the Gargano park. |
However, the jewel of this property are the home-made products, offered both at the meals and as a souvenir you may purchase to take back home. For breakfast you will already get a taste of these authentic flavours - the citrus fruits, the lemon pies- while you may also have grilled pepperoni, carciofini rustici or lampascioni for dinner, as there is a half board pension available. |
