• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per person.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 buildings, most of the rooms are on the ground floor. No lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, of course!
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms do have a patio.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, 2 rooms do have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV with some international channels in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is seasonal and individually controlled.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No but the guests can use our laptop if they need.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is. It is open from May to September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, ample parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Rodi.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are some grocery stores and a supermarket in Peschici (1,5 km).
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest village is Peschici (1,5 km).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Pescara and Bari airports.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is at 150 meters far from us.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Rodi.
• How far away is the beach?
  Even if we are a farmhouse the beach is at only 500 meters far from us.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
