• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 10am until 11.30pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All our prices are per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our continental breakfast is included in the room rate.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our staff, besides Italian, speaks English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our B&B has three floors and no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are very quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not but all our rooms overlook our quiet, inner private garden.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of our rooms do have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV with national and international TV channels in each of our rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms have seasonal climate control and there is no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have an internet point in our lobby available for our guests.
  
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not but we are very close to the sea!
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not but there are some private parking nearby (500 metres).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Car rental is available at central square of Sorrento. Scooter rental is also available.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Napoli Capodichino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but the Currieri shuttle bus runs very often from the airport to the centre of Sorrento.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is along Corso Italia just few minutes from our B&B.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is the Circumvesuviana station, in Sorrento.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small dogs (max. 5 kilos) are welcome in the guestrooms, but not in the common areas such as the lobby, the breakfast room and so on.
  
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No there is not but Sorrento offers a wide choice of dining facilities.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not but there is an Internet Point in the lobby.
