- At what time can we check-in and out?
Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
All the rates are for the whole villa. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No, breakfast is not included in the price. - Is heating included in the price?
No, heating is not included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, of course. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak English and Italian. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 2 floors and we do not have a lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, all the rooms are very quite and romantic. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Linens and towels are provided and included in the price. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
The villa has two terraces, courtyard and garden. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Yes, they do. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Yes, there is a satellite TV in each room. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No, there is not. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is air conditioning in the rooms and it is at extra charge. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Yes, there is a large dining room. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, there is not. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
The swimming pool is open from 1st of June until 30th September. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, there is a parking. - Where can we rent a car?
It is possible to rent a car directly from the villa. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Yes, there are at only 30 metres. - Which is the nearest village or town?
We are situated in the historical centre of Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi. - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Capodichino Airport in Naples. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes, we do, it is available on request. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus-stop is in Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway station is in Sorrento. - How far away is the beach?
It is 15 minutes from our property. - Is the beach private or public?
There is private and public beach. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, they are if they are small. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not but they are at only 20 metres. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No, you can not.
