• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 9am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per person per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price, in case of short stays, in case of long stays (more than 1 week) it is available at an extra charge. Buffet breakfast is from 8.30 up to 10.30.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  No, our rooms are not quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, but only the apartments at the first and second floor.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, it is.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Bormio.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Milano and Bergamo.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can call a taxi on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At the doorstep.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Tirano, Sondrio.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, we have hydrobthing, sauna and chromo-therapy.
• Are pets welcome?
  It depends, generally just little pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, we have no restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, it is not possible.
