Many restaurants in the area to choose from with excellent cuisine. Quiet getaway suitable for those trying to escape the tourist hordes - no night life, so particularly suitable for families and more mature couples. Public buses regular and air-conditioned

It was difficult to find the hotel from the street. I had to use a pay phone and call to get further directions. I was met on the stairs down to the hotel by someone who helped me with my luggage at that point.

At the restaurant in the hotel, there was no menu and no way of knowing the prices of the dinner I had. Upon check-out the next day, I found that my dinner cost MUCH more than I ever would have spent!! I would have ordered something else for dinner if I had known it would be so expensive!

I was presented with the charge for my dinner upon check-out, and it was MUCH more than I anticipated!

It would be helpful to have an idea how long the journey takes from Rome, or even from Napoli, to get to Nerano. I had no idea it would take me six hours, 2 trains, and a bus ride!

As paradise...and the family who runs the hotel are very warm and friendly. They make you feel very much at-home.

We had a really nice stay and a wonderful time - the location is romantic , the hotel is not beautiful fm outside but really nice and clean inside , the people are more than friendly and the food is brilliant as 'Mama' is cooking . very very good choice and a little bit away fm the crowd of tourists

The car park for the hotel was up a very steep hill bagage had to be carried down and up there is a need to organise this better plus paying 10 euro's per day was a shock normally hotel parking should be included.

we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and found the Caputo family very warm and friendly.

we only had 6 nights half board and one night room only, due to delays and early departures.

Excellent accomodation and service at very reasonable price.

The availability of boats to Capri and the Amalfi coast. We parked our car and didn't use it again until we were leaving. A truly restful and secluded spot.

People were very friendly and helpful and willling to adjust to personal requests.
What was not advertised but what very much pleased me was the fact that the rooms are air conditioned.

A lovely little hotel right on the sea, overlooking a bay with little fisherboats. A great and peaceful atmosphere far off from any big city....
It takes quite a while by car to gat there though....
