I don't know if it was our tiredness or our understanding of the location we did have problems getting to the location. A small map would have helpped shwing the town sqquare and the need to turn up the hill from there the Reisence is sign posted.

If you want a holiday with a fabolous view plenty of local attractions then this is your place. Pick the same weeks as us and you will see an amazing firework display from your balcony if the Jazz Feftival continues.

The property could do with an extra lounge in the 3 room apartment. There is not a lot of comfortable furniture to sit on if you have more than 2 people.

It is a bit tricky to find once you turn off from Como. It would be easier if you gave an indication of the distance along the road before you have to turn off in the village up the hill towards the property.

Wonderful. Amazing view with lots of space. Very clean and convenient for good transport links on the lake.

Good quality, very clean, good range of
cooking equipment, big supermarket 20 min
walk or 5min in car. Outstanding views,
peaceful area. Outdoor pool & garden very
well kept. Thoroughly recommend to all.

The quality item would have been 'Very Good' apart from one fairly minor problem. This complaint is not the fault of Residence Celeste but rather of the local council (municipio ?). The bedroom of the apartment was adjacent to the road so one would expect some traffic noise. However, what made it a slight problem was a loose drain cover in the road which made two very loud bangs every time a car went over it. This woke us several times at night.
I don't know if Celeste have had this complaint before and tried to get the council to correct the problem. I'm surprised the local residents have not had this attended to. Perhaps they've tried.
