- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 5pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per apartment and per week. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No, also because we offer self-catering apartments. - Is heating included in the price?
No, the heating is not included. When client arrive we read togheter the gas meter and before departure we read it another time to calculate the use. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
No, you have to pay the balance before arrival and when you depart we give you the invoice and we give back deposit minus extra costs. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Italian, English, German and French. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are four floors and we have no lift.
- Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Our residence is in a calm and sunny position: all our apartments are romantic, quiet and with lake view. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
You can bring them or you can rent here. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Three apartments have the terrace. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Four apartments have the balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Usually we ask our guests to smoke on the balcony. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
In every apartment there is a tv also with international channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Every apartment has a thelephone. Calls have to pass by switchboard but you can call directly from apartment. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
No, there isn't. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
No, it is not available. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, there is not an internet point at the moment. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
There is a heatened swimming pool (mt 12 x 5,50 x 1,40) open from 1 May to 30 September. - Is parking or garage available?
Every apartment has an open car park inside the property. - Where can we rent a car?
At the airport or in Como or in Porlezza. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Grocery stores and supermarkets are 1 Km far from residence. - Which is the nearest village or town?
We are 10 minutes far from the centre of Mezzegra, the nearest village. - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airports are: Milano Malpensa, Milano Linate, Bergamo Orio al Serio, Lugano. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we have not a pickup service. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
It's Azzano, 10 minutes far from the residence. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Como San Giovanni or Lugano, 30 Km far from the residence. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
We have the sauna with aroma therapy and in two apartments there is the hydromassage. - Are pets welcome?
No, sorry but pets are not allowed. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, but you will find good restaurants near the residence. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, you can.
