 Villa Zagara: can accommodate 8 guests on 2 floors making it ideal for a large group or extended family holiday. Ground floor offers a twin bedroom with bunk beds, a double bedroom, bath, kitchen and living room. This floor opens to a spacious, private garden with gazebo and barbeque. The top floor has two bedrooms, a double and a twin, as well as a bath. The villa has both private beach access as well as on site private parking. It lies in a quiet neighborhood three km from the historic city center of Cefalù. |
 Villa Lucia: is a very beautiful villa overhanging the sea and in a dominating position over the bay of Cefalù, one of the most interesting areas of Sicily. Extensive and beautiful views over the sea and the bay. Peaceful location during the off seasons, while during the months of July-August lot of people in the nearby beaches and rocky areas reduces this peace fullness. The villa is 1500 m2 and is made up of the main building, which is 10m straight above the sea. |
 The villa and the grounds spread over several floors that slope down towards the sea. In the upper part is the entrance with parking places for 2 cars, immediately after that the annexe and further below the villa with several balconies that overlook the sea and a short walk through the grounds will bring you to the sea (cliffs with man-made platform on the sea) and the beautiful beach on one side of the villa just a few metres away. |
 The villa offers a living room, made up of two spacious rooms with fireplace and access onto a terrace (40 m2), a spacious kitchen (oven, freezer, washing machine) with pantry and small patio, 1 double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, wardrobe and balcony with panoramic view. Another double bedroom with bathroom with shower, one room with bunks beds and bathroom. |
 Villa Playa: it is a modern villa from the 1980s (approx. 200 m2), situated at 50 metres from a fantastic sandy beach at 4 km from Cefalù town center and 10 km from the new golf center of Collesano and 60 km from Palermo.Beautiful views. Absolute peace and quiet. Barbecue and private parking. On the ground floor there is a spacious living with sofà double bed/dining room (TV), a central fireplace and large glass panes to the outdoors, kitchen (oven, freezer, washing machine) with access to the terrace. |
