The Villa de Marchesca is a perfect Italian villa holiday. Private and quiet and yet a short walk to the middle of all the buzz in Amalfi. The villa is surrounded by lemon trees and grape vines and fig trees with the most beautiful terrace/view you could ever want. This was our second stay at the villa and I would recommend it to any romantic who wants to enjoy a beautiful Italian secret. NOTE: the above comments only apply to the 2 villas rented out by the hotel. the hotel itself is quite ordinary - adequate and reasonable in price but not special.
